No Cash Value: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and hold no cash value.
No Cash Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for any balance remaining on the gift card.
Non-Transferable: Gift cards are issued to the bearer and cannot be transferred or exchanged for another gift card.
Cannot Be Combined: Gift cards cannot be combined with other gift cards for a single purchase.
Valid Only at Participating Locations: Gift cards are redeemable only at participating Si Charro restaurant locations and cannot be used at unaffiliated businesses.
Not for Online Use: Gift cards may not be used for online purchases unless otherwise specified.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards: Si Charro Restaurants is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat your gift card like cash.
Expiration: Gift cards do not expire. However, certain promotional cards or credits may have expiration dates, which will be clearly noted at the time of issue.
Balance Inquiry: To check the remaining balance on your gift card, please visit the issuing Si Charro location or call our customer service team or go to https://www.sicharro.com/gift-card-balance/
Unauthorized Use: Si Charro Restaurants reserves the right to void gift cards or refuse transactions if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected.
Compliance with Laws: This policy is subject to applicable state and federal laws governing gift cards.

*Buy a gift card in increments of $100 and get a second gift card of equal value for free. Pre-orders can be made online from July 4, 2024 to July 22, 2024. Si Charro cards are valid at El Charro Café, Charro Steak & Del Rey, Charro Vida, Charro Chico, The Monica, and Pub 1922. Si Charro Card is not accepted at Carriage House or airport and stadium locations. Offer good only in increments of $100. Xmas in July gift cards may not be used on July 24-25, 2024, may not be combined with other offers or discounts and certain restrictions and additional costs may apply. This is not a credit/debit card and has not implied warranties. Unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash. Merchant is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Guests may not tip with a gift card or use more than $500 worth of cards on a single event. Customers may not use previously purchased gift cards or rewards value to purchase a gift card. Loyalty points cannot be earned for Xmas in July purchases or redemptions. Employees and their family members are not eligible for this promotion.
